AusFirst Compliance Partners Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Westendian Corporation Pty Ltd ACN 108 023 034 based at West End in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Westendian is a private company controlled by lawyer and entrepreneur John Rivett, who is the Managing Director of AusFirst Compliance Partners Ltd and the Key Person under its Australian Financial Services Licence 275444.

John has enjoyed over 40 years of success as a barrister and solicitor and an entrepreneur in a wide range of roles and industries as a principal, consultant and company director. He has focused on the securities industry since 1996 developing many opportunities for investors to participate in technology startups and property investments. As well as degrees from UQ in Commerce and Law, he holds the RG 146 financial services qualification. He is the Key Person under AusFirst’s AFS Licence and the director in charge of compliance and training.
He is an accomplished public speaker and presenter and has interests in economics and political policy making.
He is a director of many of the groups technology startups and property investment companies.

Trevor has been the CEO of Banner Japan since 1994. Banner Japan is an asset management company which commenced operations in Tokyo in 1979. He is also with Banner Asset Management in Melbourne. BAM is a global fixed income asset manager and part of the Banner Group of companies, with investment professionals operating throughout Australia, Singapore and Japan. They offer the Banner Ebisu Income Fund which offers loans to residents of Australia. BAM operates across the real estate and credit spectrum, managing complementary investment units investing in direct lending, senior credit, real estate private equity and strategic credit opportunities. BAM provides investors with the ability to invest at all levels of the credit stack.

Barry undertook an accounting and business degree in Melbourne, studied to become a Real Estate Agent and also studied Building Construction.
He worked as a Real estate Agent for over 5 years and moved to the construction industry. He purchased and sold land, renovated domestic and commercial premises, built new homes, and worked for Architects as a construction supervisor for over 15 years.
He then had a successful career in the Financial Services industry in Queensland including as a manager and trainer. He taught innovative small business development courses in Melbourne and Brisbane, sharing his ideas and skills. He has assisted many companies to raise funds and develop their businesses in Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
He is an Executive Director based in Melbourne with responsibilities for business development, product development and distribution as well as overseeing our Kixstaart R & D technology centre in Dandenong.
